The Adamson House, designed by a well-known architect, Stiles Clements, was constructed beginning in 1929. Situated near the Malibu Pier between popular Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Lagoon, the grounds boast an exotic mix of Spanish and Moorish influences with lush landscaping. It is now the Malibu Lagoon Museum. Photo--July 1989.
