Hollyhock House was designed as the East Hollywood home for Aline Barnsdall by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1921. It is a great example of Wright’s Mayan Revival architecture. Features include the oddly tilted exterior walls which lean back five degrees, Mayan glasswork and concrete ornamentation.
